She is the one who never ignores fitness which made her reduce 5 kgs in 10 days. This is not an easy task at all.
Recently due to her performance in two films named ‘Thalaivi’ and ‘Panga’, she has to put on her weight. But at the speed at which she has increased the weight, in that speed only she has successfully reduced her weight. She has come in her earlier figure back.
Kangana also does Pilates as her daily exercise which most of the stars of Bollywood do. Kangana usually shares her workout videos in which she is also seen with weight training programs. Along with exercise Kangana strictly follows a diet regime as she very well knows that proper and simple diet intake will help fast to reduce weight. So she avoids junk and oily food in her diet. She used to eat in such a way that she gets all nutrients which also helps to get healthy and shiny hair and glowing skin. She strictly completes her dinner before 8 pm with a controlled portion as in a diet the dinner should be as light as that of the beggar’s food. So dinner mostly consists of salad, soup, or any boiled veggies. She never forgets to have seasonal fruits in her diet along with dry fruits.
Kangana is very well known for her powerful acting is also very fit and healthy. Off to the Cannes film festival, she is making her head turn with her fabulous and unique style.
