Early Life
Even at a young age, we knew that Tom Brady was destined for greatness. His family lineage is famous for producing NFL players (his dad was an excellent football player himself), and by high school, it became apparent that he had natural abilities. During his time with Penn State University, he broke every single school passing record and set four NCAA records.
College Career
For starters, he won his first college championship in 2000. That same year, he also became only the second quarterback to ever win four bowl games. UpCuz? And in 2003, Brady set a Rose Bowl record with 520 passing yards in a 39-38 victory over USC. After transferring to Michigan and sitting out for a year due to NCAA regulations, he won two more national championships in 2005 and 2006.
Professional Career
Tom was an all-star in high school. After playing at Michigan, he was drafted by the New England Patriots and quickly rose to be their starting quarterback. He is known for his consistent plays, leadership, and determination which led him to become one of the greatest quarterbacks in history and earn himself five Super Bowl rings as well as three League MVP Awards. Tom was born in 1977, and spent his early years in upstate California with his parents. He later moved to San Mateo after his parents divorced, but this wouldn’t be the last time he would move. Growing up, Tom was a fan of American football and baseball, but his football aspirations really took off when he began playing Pop Warner when he was 10 years old. During this time Tom learned about and played for a school called Junipero Serra.
