Because the future of artificially intelligent machines is so close, computer science researchers have been working on building better ways to train machines to perform specific tasks. This means that humans will have to stop using these machines. Humans will need to oversee the overall process, in order to make sure that the program does not become self-programmed to solve all possible problems.
There are also some disadvantages of artificial intelligence. One drawback is that once the machine becomes more intelligent than humans, it will also become more intelligent than other machines. This means that other machines may compete with these machines and attempt to beat them. The other possibility is that the machine may also become more capable than humans. Hence, it is important for artificial intelligence to remain closely connected with the humans who are controlling it, in order to prevent the connection from being hijacked.

The current trend today is towards using AI for all types of purposes, including computer programming, internet search engines, decision making, manufacturing, decision support, entertainment, hobbies, healthcare, retailing, manufacturing of products that can assist humans and other machines alike, weather prediction, etc. This is the reason why there are currently many companies and universities that are using artificial intelligence to develop new software and programs to improve human functionality. The ultimate goal for all of us using aim is to create machines that can think, decide and perform all of the tasks that we humans can currently do.
